These exclusive electrodes were developed and customised specifically for the ZensorTM device. They are manufactured to the highest quality standards and incorporate patented technology resulting in excellent patient comfort and compliance. In addition the ZensorTM device electrodes ensure consistent, high clarity data with an impressive 95% sensitivity for the detection of Atrial Fibrillation.

The Zensor TM device incorporates magnetic studs that allow the device to be attached magnetically and securely to the proprietary magnetic connectors on the electrode. This provides a resilient strong connection, with very low electrical impedance, optimising signal quality. Due to the magnetic nature of the connection as opposed to a mechanical clip, users with limited dexterity can easily remove and reconnect the device to the electrodes.

The adhesive foam material used provides a strong, flexible and safe bond between the patient and sensor that enables up to 6 day wear period in ambulatory conditions. It also keeps the hydrogel securely in place, ensuring that when the patient is in movement throughout the day, there remains a strong and comfortable skin-hydrogel-electrode interface, with minimal relative movement, helping eliminate motion artefact.
This combination of bespoke material and the‘thick film’ manufacturing process to produce the printed conductive layer, ensures high efficiency, low noise electrodes, optimised for ECG and impedance signal collection.
Bio-compatible hydrogel is the active area which is used as the conductive gateway between the skin and the printed conductive layer’. All of the electrode array components work together to provide consistent, clean data allowing our embedded algorithms to generate clear and relevant diagnostic data.
